How do I know which size to order?
Most BIRKENSTOCK styles are available in both regular and narrow widths. We recommend checking our Size Guide and Fit Guide to ensure you have the necessary 10mm of space in the heel and forefoot for optimal comfort.
What is the difference between the Regular and Soft Footbed?
The regular footbed features our signature anatomically shaped cork-latex base. The soft footbed includes an integrated foam cushion with millions of tiny air bubbles for immediate comfort from the first step.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Can I repair my BIRKENSTOCK sandals?
Yes, BIRKENSTOCKS are designed to be sustainable. Many of our components, including the soles and footbeds, can be replaced by a professional cobbler to extend the life of your footwear.
How should I clean and maintain my cork footbeds?
To maintain the cork, we recommend applying a thin layer of cork sealer when the surface appears dull. For the suede lining, use a suede brush and a damp cloth with mild soap for light cleaning.
